We just found out that email sent via O-Space this morning (starting at approximately 6am PST) may be caught in limbo. Since this problem is occurring during our Spring Break, the impact on Otis should be minimal. Please contact me if you have any questions or encountered any problems.
Dear Digication Community,
Our outgoing email service was interrupted this morning at approximately 9am Eastern Time. Our email service provider is working on the problem and is promising a speedy restoral of services.
The affected email services are as follows:
– e-Portfolio comment notifications
– course assignment and discussion notifications
– group emails within course
Our apologies for the interruption of this important service and the frustration to our users!
We are very sorry about the late notice of this issue, we became aware of the problem a short time ago. We will keep you updated on the restoration work.
