Fall 2014 Final Juries

OTIS Architecture/Landscape/Interiors (A/L/I) is pleased to announce its schedule of FALL 2014 FINAL JURIES!

A/L/I students will present their projects to a jury of architects, designers and A/L/I faculty.

All juries are public and held in Ahmanson Hall 507, 9045 Lincoln Boulevard.

STUDIO 3A: Interior/Display/Exchange
Monday, December 8, 1000-1500
Students were asked to design a market and restaurant sited in one of the few remaining derelict buildings on Abbot Kinney in Venice.

STUDIO 5: Public/Urban Architecture
Wednesday, December 10, 1700-2200
Students were asked to design the new headquarters of the City of Los Anageles Historical Society in the heart of Downtown LA.

STUDIO 1: Scale/Structure/Circulation
Thursday, December 11, 0900-1300
The final project is a system of three-dimensional spaces arrayed within a multi-storey structure. This is the first studio in the A/L/I curriculum in which students learn to draft and build models through several projects of increasing size and complexity.

STUDIO 3B: Interior/Display/Exchange
Thursday, December 11, 1330-1800
Students were asked to design a bicycle commuter center in downtown Los Angeles.
